Couples looking for a great getaway

First off, the staff were just fantastic! The guy who helped us with our luggage, Zaylak Khalil, were pretty good. And the breakfast was simple yet fulfilling in a spacious dining area, it really set us up for the day ahead.

It wasn't the cheapest place I've stayed at, but it was acceptable.

The room was tidy and brand-new, with great bed and a hairdryer, a shower cap, and bath sheets in the bathroom...

It was fairly clean with very very kind and courteous staff specially Mr Farouk receptionist and Mr Iskandar. The location in a very nice area was particularly good and excellent. The property was located close to a subway station.

The lobby was under construction. The breakfast was mainly "turkish".

The coffee was horrible, but the bed was impressively large and the TV channels were enjoyable. Unfortunately, the noise from outside disrupted my sleep, making it hard to fully relax during my stay.

The location was good, the room was clean enough.

The stuffs were not polite and sincere. They seemed not to like meeting customers.

Really good Service and Convenience!

The rooftop views were amazing, and breakfast offered fantastic Turkish delights. Travel connections were easy, with the bus station just minutes away. Highly recommend for an enjoyable stay.

It's an excellent hotel, newly renovated so very Clean,staff are helpful when needed. They have a good international breakfast The location is very close to anything. It's peaceful and quite especially at night It will be my choice again when I visit istanbul.

I had a lovely stay with comfy beds and a great breakfast that fueled my long days. The spa offered relaxing massages that were just what I needed after exploring the city. The WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t really take away from my experience. 😊

I liked the location and ease of access to shops and shisha bars next to it...also taksim square was a few mins walk away.

I landed in istanbul and tried to withdraw cash. Machine swallowed my card but had some cash on me so got to hotel and told check in staff about my tragedy n how it will affect my payment. Was advised not to worry as payment will have been taken. As I am about to check out at 3m as my flight is at 6am im told I have to pay and payment not taken. I dont have any means pf paying over 500 pounds as my debit card was swallowed by cash machine. Due to the misinformation I had to call family and friends at 1am uk time to get credit card details. Had I been told I still have to pay I would have arranged something during my stay and not last minute.....not happy about this otgerwise everything was spot on.

The Madison hotel was definitely worst experience ever! We are not mentioning that staff was unfriendly and did not help us with luggage. They did not clean our room when we asked for it(left the sign on the door). We had to ask again and we wanted to change the towels so we left them on the floor and they just put it back on the towel ray wet and dirty!!! We had to ask for everything that should be automatic. There is not drinking tap water and you have to buy a bottle from a bar when you are thirsty! Breakfast was very poor and there were dirty glasses. We told then several times that we are leaving in the morning and when we were checking out they did not want to give us a receipt for 514€! We had to wait for it for half an hour...

The room is ok and well maintained also the breakfast was great
